Day 5: Favorite Autobiographical/Biographical book.
I guess I should have looked ahead at the questions because I named my favourite biographical book for Day 4 (A non-fiction book that you actually enjoyed).
Rather than name the same book twice, I'll flip the questions around and tell you a non-fiction book that is NOT autobiographical/biographical that I enjoyed.

Walk Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone
I listened to this audiobook, and I found it to be an extremely motivational book! The author is an excellent speaker. She takes a common-sense approach to exercise, and I loved listening to her!
I admit, I still haven't tried Sansone's DVDs but they are on my "to do" list!

I haven't read that book, but recently read Peter Criss, from Kiss, Makeup to Breakup. He was very candid and answered all the burning questions I had about all the drama in the band. It wasn't amazing, but it was eye-opening.
ReplyDeleteHi, fredamans! I'm a Kiss fan, so this is something that I'd definitely be interested in! I'm going to see if my library has a copy, thanks!
Deletethe best biography I read this year is the book by Claire Tomalin on Charles Dickens: http://wordsandpeace.com/2012/01/23/review-2-2012-charles-dickes-a-life/
ReplyDeleteThat would be a fascinating read, wordsandpeace! I'll have to check it out!
