Daughter of Smoke & Bone was my favourite YA read of 2011! I can't believe that I still haven't gotten to this one because I bought it as soon as it came out! I'll probably also recap by listening again to Daughter of Smoke & Bone. I can't wait!

I am actually still listening to this one. So, this month I'm playing catch-up because I need to finish this one plus I want to pick another off my TBR mountain.

A Million Suns totally knocked my socks off, and I can't believe that I still haven't gotten to this final book in the trilogy. I'm really looking forward to finding out how it all ends! Hope it doesn't let me down!

Success! I read my TBR Pile Knockout pick last month, and I enjoyed it. I haven't had a chance yet to post a review, but it should be up soon.

This is my June Pick:

If there was an award for how long an audiobook has remained on someone's iPod without being listened to, I would win the award with this one.

I am a huge fan of Stevens' debut novel, Still Missing. When her sophomore book came out in July 2011, I got the audiobook right away with the full intention of devouring it. But...that didn't happen. I don't have any good reason, other than becoming excited about other new releases and then this one kept getting pushed to the back-burner. Not anymore! I'm going to listen to it!! Besides, she's a Canadian author so I have to show my support!

I came across this meme when I visited Anna's blog, and it sounds so much fun that I just had to join in!

I am a little late coming to the party this month, but I'm still hoping that I can squeeze in this month's pick.

I am so bad at reading books for MY OWN CHALLENGES! I have mountains of TBR piles, and I have hosted some of my own reading challenges as a way to motivate me to get to these books! Sadly, most of them are still unread :(

Here is my May Pick:

I have read Patricia Briggs' Alpha & Omega series and just loved it! I have hosted the Patricia Briggs Werewolf Challenge for the past couple of years because I wanted to read Briggs' sister series, Mercedes Thompson. I finally got around to listening to the first book in the series in March, and I really need to get on with the rest of the series!
