Stacking The Shelves and Sunday Post

This meme is hosted by Tynga over at Team Tynga's Reviews, which she describes as follows:

"Stacking The Shelves is all about the books we are adding to our shelves each week, sharing with you our excitement for our newest titles and maybe have you discover a new book in the process!"

Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. See rules here: Sunday Post Meme

You know it's Spring when...you spend five days a week shuttling the kids to their extra-curricular activities! One of my kids is in Soccer and the other is in Ultimate, and they each have two practices and two games each week! It's a lot of running around. Thankfully, this is only until the end of June. The weather has been warm, so at least it's nice to sit outside watching them play...at least until the mosquitoes arrive!

If you missed it earlier, I have ARCs to swap. Check out MY POST to see if there's anything there that you'd like to read. If so, please let me know! I'd love to trade with someone. I will be adding to it once I have a chance to dig through boxes and bookshelves.

I downloaded these FREEBIES on Audible (for the first two, if you download the free Kindle book on Amazon first, then the audiobook price comes up as $0.00):

The Age of Innocence
by Edith Wharton

The Beautiful and Damned
by F. Scott Fitzgerald

A Rare Book of Cunning Device
by Ben Aaronovitch
(Peter Grant/Rivers of London #5.6)

Thanks Audible!!

    1. Thank you!! I listen while doing chores as well. It helps to make the big jobs, like cutting the grass and shoveling snow, more fun!

  5. Oh I remember Spring when my kids were younger. Every day carpooling and weekends for games. Good times, I miss my son's Rugby games. Have a wonderful week!

  6. I remember those days. I had to run my son and my nephew all over for after school events. I kind of miss it now that they've grown. Some nice looking new books. I've been enjoying some audibles too.
