Stacking The Shelves and Sunday Post

This meme is hosted by Tynga over at Team Tynga's Reviews, which she describes as follows:

"Stacking The Shelves is all about the books we are adding to our shelves each week, sharing with you our excitement for our newest titles and maybe have you discover a new book in the process!"

Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. See rules here: Sunday Post Meme

Wow, can you believe it?! Thank goodness for Black Friday Sales. I think I've pretty much finished all my Christmas shopping for the girls, plus for my younger daughter's birthday which is also in December, with my online purchases. I still have a few gifts to buy for great-nieces and my great-nephew but the major shopping is done!!

It didn't happen. Winnipeg didn't win last week's Western Semi-Final so we will not be going to Grey Cup today. Bummer!! I can't stand to see the Calgary Stampeders win, so I am rooting for the Ottawa Redblacks!

I managed to catch a few pics of one of the nice bucks that's been coming to my yard:

This is Tantor Audio's FREEBIE of the month which includes both the audiobook and e-book:

Oliver Twist
by Charles Dickens

  1. I've done some online shopping. Don't have many to buy for so I'll be getting out to the stores now for those impulse buys. I love it each year when you share the winter pictures with snow on the pool. And what a beautiful buck. Hunting season started here so we won't see any deer for a few months. They stay hidden even though there's no hunting out here.

  2. I am jealous that your shopping is done. I have got a good start on it, but have a ways to go yet. Lovely buck that visits. Have a great week.
