Ten Characters Who Would Make Great Leaders #TopTenTuesday

This is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week, they post a new Top Ten list that one of their bloggers will answer. Everyone is welcome to join!

Today's list is Ten Characters Who Would Make Great Leaders: All of the ones on my list are already depicted as leaders, so these will be a list of my favourites.
  1. Wrath from the Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R. Ward: He already is The King, so that one is a no-brainer!
  2. Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling: She's smart and methodical.
  3. Bishop Lattimer and Ivy Westfall from The Book of Ivy series by Amy Engel: Together, they represent both sides of the people and they are cognizant of the mistakes their fathers made and would not repeat them.
  4. Mercy Thompson from the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs: She's a kick-ass skinwalker that can shift to coyote, and she doesn't back down.
  5. Cat and Bones from the Night Huntress series by Jeaniene Frost: Cat is a half-breed and Bones is a full-fledged vamp, but they know how to fight and have no qualms about taking out their own kind.
  6. Saba from the Dust Lands trilogy by Moira Young: She almost single-handedly saved the world.
  7. Cat and Griffin from the Kingmaker Chronicles by Amanda Bouchet: A great duo, and a whole lot of power between the two of them!
  8. Charles and Anna from the Alpha & Omega series by Patricia Briggs: He's an Alpha wolf and she's an Omega, so together they are a perfect match.
  9. Evie from The Arcana Chronicles series by Kresley Cole: Her abilities make her powerful.
  10. Jamie Fraser from the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon: Who wouldn't follow this sexy Scottish warrior?

So, what characters do you think would make great leaders? Please let me know in the comments, or leave me a link to your blog post if you are also participating in the meme!

  1. The only one of these I've actually read is Hermione, but I totally agree with you there. I somehow managed to forget her when I was writing my own post, but I've corrected that!

  5. The love is strong for Hermoine this TTT, but I agree, she exhibits so many leadership qualities and used them to lead in the books as well. Jamie, how I love thee. He rallied his countrymen even when it was bleak.

  6. YES, YES, YES. I completely agree. Hermione, Bishop and Ivy would all be absolutely amazing leaders. :) Thanks for sharing and, as always, fabulous post! <3
