Can't-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Tessa @ Wishful Endings to spotlight and talk about the books we're excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they're books that have yet to be released as well. It's based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by the fabulous Jill at Breaking the Spine. Find out more here.

Seven years ago, the Atargatis set off on a voyage to the Mariana Trench to film a “mockumentary” bringing to life ancient sea creatures of legend. It was lost at sea with all hands. Some have called it a hoax; others have called it a maritime tragedy. Now, a new crew has been assembled. But this time they’re not out to entertain. Some seek to validate their life’s work. Some seek the greatest hunt of all. Some seek the truth. But for the ambitious young scientist Victoria Stewart this is a voyage to uncover the fate of the sister she lost.Whatever the truth may be, it will only be found below the waves. But the secrets of the deep come with a price.
This author is new to me, but I have her Parasite on my bookshelf waiting to be read. This one sounds like it would be pretty terrifying.

I'm so excited to read this one and have an ARC but have to sneak in the novella first. I know Tammy loved it and she's part of the reason I grabbed this (waving above to Tammy).
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to get started on this one. Just read Rolling In The Deep last night. It was short but wicked!
