Stacking The Shelves and Sunday Post

This meme is hosted by Tynga over at Team Tynga's Reviews, which she describes as follows:

"Stacking The Shelves is all about the books we are adding to our shelves each week, sharing with you our excitement for our newest titles and maybe have you discover a new book in the process!"

Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. See rules here: Sunday Post Meme

Where did September go? Another month has just flown by. Our temperature is still warm with a high expected today of 18 degrees Celsius (that's 64 degrees Fahrenheit), but rain is also in the forecast. I do love the rain and <shhhhhh> I'm actually praying for rain so that I can have a down day and stay indoors and read and not feel obligated to go outside and rake the leaves!

I bought this Daily Deal on Audible:

What We Find
by Robyn Carr
(Sullivan's Crossing, Book #1)
**I've always wanted to read this author, so I thought this was a good opportunity to try her out!

Penguin Random House Audio was offering this audiobook FREEBIE for 48 hours earlier this week:

A Strangeness in My Mind
by Orhan Pamuk

I received these audiobooks for review:

Snow & Rose
by Emily Winfield Martin

Seven Days of Us
by Francesca Hornak

Thanks again to Random House Audio and Listening Library!

What books have you added to your shelves this week? If you are also participating in either of these memes, please leave me the link to your blog post in the comments so that I can come and drool over all your goodies!

  1. Hope that you get a down day to read. I'd love one of those. The titles for these are intriguing. I'm just starting Flamecaster by Cinda Williams Chima.

  2. Oooh! I love the look of Snow and Rose! I need to check that book out!

    Here’s my Sunday Post!

Ronyell @ Rabbit Ears Book Blog and join in this week’s Book Photo Sundays!

  3. Same here. I love rain days too. My perfect time to read! I hope you enjoy your books. Have a wonderful week and happy reading, Darlene. 😁❤️
