30 Day Book Challenge - Day 5: Favorite Autobiographical/Biographical book

Day 5: Favorite Autobiographical/Biographical book.

I guess I should have looked ahead at the questions because I named my favourite biographical book for Day 4 (A non-fiction book that you actually enjoyed).

Rather than name the same book twice, I'll flip the questions around and tell you a non-fiction book that is NOT autobiographical/biographical that I enjoyed.

Walk Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone

I listened to this audiobook, and I found it to be an extremely motivational book! The author is an excellent speaker. She takes a common-sense approach to exercise, and I loved listening to her!

I admit, I still haven't tried Sansone's DVDs but they are on my "to do" list!

What about you? Have you read this book? If so, what did you think?

What was your favourite autobiographical/biographical book this year? I would love to hear from you! Just leave a comment below!

  1. I haven't read that book, but recently read Peter Criss, from Kiss, Makeup to Breakup. He was very candid and answered all the burning questions I had about all the drama in the band. It wasn't amazing, but it was eye-opening.

    1. Hi, fredamans! I'm a Kiss fan, so this is something that I'd definitely be interested in! I'm going to see if my library has a copy, thanks!
