This is my wrap-up post for the Vampire Challenge 2011 hosted by Rachel at Parajunkee's View.

CHALLENGE NOT COMPLETED!

The challenge was to read 20 books in 2011 with a vampire as a main character, and I managed to read 19:
  1. Twilight by Stephenie Meyer (Book #1 of The Twilight Saga)
  2. New Moon by Stephenie Meyer (Book #2 of The Twilight Saga)
  3. Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer (Book #3 of The Twilight Saga)
  4. Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer (Book #4 of The Twilight Saga)
  5. The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner: An Eclipse Novella by Stephenie Meyer (Book #3.5 of The Twilight Saga)
  6. Dark Lover by J.R. Ward (Book #1 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series)
  7. Lover Eternal by J.R. Ward (Book #2 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series)
  8. Lover Awakened by J.R. Ward (Book #3 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series)
  9. Lover Revealed by J.R. Ward (Book #4 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series)
  10. Lover Unbound by J.R. Ward (Book #5 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series)
  11. Lord of the Vampires by Gena Showalter (Book #1 of the Royal House of Shadows Series)
  12. Lover Enshrined by J.R. Ward (Book #6 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series)
  13. Silver Moon by Stacey Thompson-Geer
  14. Lost Souls by Poppy Z. Brite
  15. Lover Avenged by J.R. Ward (Book #7 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series)
  16. Blood's Voice by Áine P. Massie (Book #1 of the House Millar Series)
  17. Lover Mine by J.R. Ward (Book #8 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series)
  18. Lover Unleashed by J.R. Ward (Book #9 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series)
  19. Lord of the Wolfyn by Jessica Andersen (Book #3 of the Royal House of Shadows Series)
I had a really fun time with this challenge, even though I did not complete it. Vampires are one of my favourite sub-genres, and I plan to read more vamp novels next year!

Thanks again for hosting, Rachel!
