101 Fantasy Reading Challenge: 2011 Progress Post

Hi, everyone!

Since this is a perpetual challenge, this is my 2011 Progress Post for the 101 Fantasy Reading Challenge hosted by Michelle at The True Book Addict.

Here are the 10 "101 Fantasy Books" that I read in 2011:
  1. Twilight by Stephenie Meyer (Book #1 of The Twilight Saga) (#2 on the list)
  2. New Moon by Stephenie Meyer (Book #2 of The Twilight Saga) (#10 on the list)
  3. Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer (Book #3 of The Twilight Saga) (#9 on the list)
  4. Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer (Book #4 of The Twilight Saga) (#11 on the list)
  5. Dark Lover by J.R. Ward (Book #1 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series) (#51 on the list)
  6. Lover Eternal by J.R. Ward (Book #2 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series) (#80 on the list)
  7. Lover Awakened by J.R. Ward (Book #3 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series) (#60 on the list)
  8. Lover Revealed by J.R. Ward (Book #4 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series) (#86 on the list)
  9. Lover Unbound by J.R. Ward (Book #5 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series) (#88 on the list)
  10. Lover Enshrined by J.R. Ward (Book #6 of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series) (#95 on the list)
10 out of 101 books is 10% done!

If you go by the entire list, 10 out of 813 books is only 1% done! Sounds much better the first way :)

Thanks again for hosting, Michelle!

I really enjoyed the books that I read this past year, and I'm looking forward to reading more next year!

  1. Please, please, please consider giving #241 Assassin’s Apprentice by Robin Hobb a go. It's more traditional fantasy and is one of my all time favorite books (and series). I push it on everyone I can at every opportunity. Like right now. :)

  2. Thanks for the recommendation, Spaz! Too bad that my library doesn't have that series, but I'll keep my eye out for it!
